Important Information for Team Participants

Team Registration

All teams must ensure Sheetcast records are up-to-date with all those participating in True North. If, for any reason, any team participant (e.g. athlete, coach, CIT, advisor, administrator, etc.) is missing from Sheetcast, please send in their names and roles to executivedirector@albertacheerleading.ca by Monday, February 3, 2025. We recognize that Cheer Genie has a limit on the number of non-athlete participants that can register in their system.

Participant Requirements

The ACA will be reviewing and verifying the membership registration status of all Alberta cheer participants on-site at True North. ALL ALBERTA PARTICIPANTS MUST BE REGISTERED AND APPROVED BY THE ACA to enter warm-up. This includes all athletes, coaches, CITs, staff advisors, gym owners, program staff, etc. Coaches, if, for any reason, a requirement is expired or not completed, please email info@albertacheerleading.ca with the details immediately. You will not be permitted to into warm-up unless the ACA approves your membership. Please visit our website at albertacheerleading.ca/coach-courses for the list of coach requirements.
